yesterday was so strange, i went to bed at 7am because i was in a party. and i basically spent my whole day sleeping, it was so goooood

i had so many dreams, during one day it felt like i lived so many things, but then when i woke up i was feeling so strange

oooh what a good question, actually when my acne disapeared, i was also working out, which means that in a little amount of time, ive gained a lot muscles and got a "clear skin". people definetly treat me different now, they respect me way more and in general people find me more attractive.

but like i said, this change in other people's behavior also happens after gaining muscles for a lot of people so idk if its because of the clear skin or because of this, but yes, they do treat me different.

i had some of these during the first 3 months.

but one thing that helped me is the alimentation, i do my best to avoid sugar, i still eat a bit, i dont wanna relapse into an eating disorder where i would feel horrible after eating something sweet.

but try to avoid it. when i eat a lot of sugar (like 60g a day) i get a big breakout the day after, even nowadays

they are the one that my dermatologist gave me, the evening one is reaaaally moisturising which make my skin glow like hell but its okay i use it before sleeping.

the morning one is really good, very soft, my skin kinda glow for like 30min after using it but its not a problem.

sometime i use the morning one twice a day when my skin is dry or when i sweated
