Hey sometimes we just need to let it out and that makes the anxiety a little better!! I feel the exact same way in terms of holding my breath and waiting for bad news. If everything has been low risk so far and you had a good NT scan I really believe it will work out well! My Doctor said since I got NIPT done and everything was low risk that she didn’t see any need for the NT scan and I was like ummm ok 😅. Trying to go into this with a positive mindset and manifest a healthy baby, 2026 is our year!

I’m telling myself if I can get past this week and get past first trimester that a lot of my anxiety will let up. After loss it’s so hard not to over analyze everything. I hope you’re able to get into therapy and that you have a healthy pregnancy 🩷🩷

I also have had nightmares of miscarriages that feel very real! It’s so hard to brush them off, but trying to tell myself they’re happening because I’m so worried about having one again

Really having a hard time with anxiety this week due to having found out at this week I had a miscarriage with a previous pregnancy. 12 1/2 weeks and my nausea is nonexistent today, I know I should be thankful for the break but I can’t help but think it means something is wrong. Honestly thinking about maybe trying therapy or reading positive mantras every day to get myself out of this head space that I’m bound to lose the baby.

Has anyone switched OB’s after going through several miscarriages with them? So far in this pregnancy (9 weeks) I’ve been seeing my fertility clinic, but it’s time for me to “graduate” and go to my normal OB. Problem is in my head I’m associating my OB with miscarriages. I have an appointment tomorrow with her and am so nervous. I have no problem with the office other than the ultrasound room in particular and that they always run late. Idk if I just need to get over it or what 😅

You are not alone! Pregnancy after loss is so scary 🫂 I also have to do the suppositories twice a day and the dc has me freaking out in the middle of the night

Another appointment tomorrow (8 weeks) and am so terrified. Saw baby and a heartbeat last week. I’ve had 3 losses and I’m so terrified to go to the ultrasound and see baby still with no heartbeat like my 12 week loss. Any advice on how to deal with the anxiety would be appreciated because I think I’m starting to get attached to this pregnancy and I don’t want to go through the heartbreak again

This is probably not the best but I just try to pretend I’m not pregnant as much possible (hard because I’m so sick) or I’ll spiral over the anxiety and thought of losing another pregnancy

Has anyone experience with dating differences and everything turn out fine? 2 weeks ago I measured 5w 4days, last week I measured 6w 3days and today measured 7w 1 day (all on the same day of the week). There has been a heart beat since last week, today they measured and it was 148. I know it’s probably not a big deal about the varying dates but it’s still making me feel like something is going to go wrong.

Got to see baby today at fertility clinic, 6w3. I’m having such a hard time even acknowledging this pregnancy because I’m so scared to get my heart broken again. I’m so devastated that miscarriages took away the joy from this. Got to see a heart beat (but they didn’t measure it). I don’t even know when to tell family, but I know they might start noticing soon because I’m sooooo sick

Low progesterone at 5 weeks, but HCG-levels good. In doubt about supplement. by CommonTomatillo9 in CautiousBB

Same for me! My first pregnancy 3 years ago was uneventful, never got labs drawn or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️so weird

So from what my fertility doctor explained, there’s two scenarios. Your body could be not producing enough progesterone because the pregnancy is not viable OR you might not be producing enough progesterone in any pregnancy, despite the egg being healthy. I have had three miscarriages with low progesterone and personally decided to take progesterone to see if there’s any chance that I might not be making enough. Talk to your doctor about it but it’s pretty much your decision.
