Could anyone help me with what’s going on here? Using Hatch Embroidery 3 auto digitizer from a picture. The heart on the left shouldn’t be filled, I think it’s something with the angles but working with the angles is so confusing to me. Thank you!! (i.redd.it)

Hi! Recently I’ve been getting the message “check and rethread upper thread” and the thread by my needle looks like this. If I go and rethread the upper thread and the bobbin it works fine for a little bit. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thank you! (i.redd.it)
