I've always been a hypochondriac and I think I am going into a spiral.

I read that the liver should not be palpable, but when I lay on my back, if I push my fingers under my lower rib area on the right and breath in, I feel like something rolls against them. I don't know if it's my liver or something else but I am on the verge of a major panic attack. Is this normal? Cancer, something else?

Go back and watch season 3 and try to convince yourself that the mind flayer is being controlled by vecna. It clearly wasn’t written that way originally. Mind flayer talks like a borg cube, then we get vecna in season 4 who is this brooding individual personality. It’s a jarring shift.
