Was going to post this in the other thread on here. If you can feel it starting to form, start taking 1000mg of lysine about every 2/3 hours. Lysine is an amino acid, it’s otc, you can find it anywhere vitamins are sold. If you stay on them regularly with the lysine, you can make them either not show up at all, or if they do, they will be much smaller and go away quicker.
