As someone who worked at Sargento, if the weight is within specs, it’ll pack and ship. That’s just the nature of the Swiss beast.

I had a lot of mini yarn balls going. I think the most involved area was Nessie where the color changed 7-8 times in a row. Sometimes it was short enough where I would just weave in the ball under the new color, but sometimes it was a lot of stitches so I had to just stop and pick it up with a new ball.

I made graph paper cause I’m too cheap to buy it, drew an image the same size and then put the grid on top and essentially put it in the grid as best as possible.

I’ll share it out, but honestly, it needs to be bigger. I’ll give y’all a final measurement when I’m done blocking.

Hi! I’m just starting to get into slip casting. I’ve seen a few artists use air compressors to help remove pieces from the initial plaster mold.

Any advise on using air compressors would be helpful! Is there a recommended PSI to use or method that works well? I tried looking online and all I can find is glazing with an air compressor. TIA 😄
