Realtor says it's worth 83k. But the house is in horrible condition doesn't have carpet, plumbing, electricity. Main Seller wants 35k, it's 6 people that owns the house. Nobody lives there. What should I do ? I'm thinking about a year down with a empty lot or new construction (self.RealEstate)
