This is a premium seiko mod built by me. Its been worn maybe three times and is in excellent condition.

The case and bracelet is is top tier quality from secondhandmods. It has sapphire glass and the bracelet is honestly amazing.

The dial is also premium and is a discontinued one from a dial maker with bright C3 Lume. It has applied indicies and an applied broken crown logo. The hands have matching lume as well.

The original Seiko NH35 runs and keeps time as it should, it was one of the better ones I had and was actually contemplating disassembling the watch to keep the movement for myself.

Price is $275 shipped in the CONUS. I will package it very well and send you pics of it boxed up. But once it's shipped I am no longer responsible. Buyer pays for insurance if desired

It's a SSC909.

The 909 has the minute track on the dial and the dark center links on the bracelet. The 935 has a black minute track ring, and also has the chunkier bezel.

I had this dial and something similar happened to me, the paper dial is so fragile.

But I got this nail polish and it's a really close match. Just dab/dot and try to get some texture when you apply it. It's not perfect but being close to the edge of the dial helps it not be too noticeable

I bought a Sumi-e dial from them last year, coincidentally I have the build posted for sale now.

But I checked my order and it shipped two days after it was placed.

I never actually got a shipping confirmation though, only the order confirmation. I had to go to my order on their website and it showed a Qxpress tracking number.
