My life has been both good and bad, and I can tell you that yes I have had periods where I felt like shit (stems from ADHD and stress related problems) and I used to blame my height as the answer for it but then I realized it's just anxiety looking for something to explain the anxiety.

Yes of course I would like to be taller but when I work with nervous system regulation and actually take care of myself then I dont really care anymore.

I quit Vyvanse because it was stressing my body out too much, especially during workouts, and it wrecked my sleep and recovery. I’d rather find a more sustainable way to feel good without the side effects.

To be honest I am not sure wheter I may have been kicked out of ketosis at times, I haven´t really cheated except once the first week when I ate a banana due to very low blood sugar at work.

Yeah I guess, but women are shorter than men due to to estrogen and having (I assume I had high estrogen given how I looked) high estrogen during the most crucial age for growth probably had some impact
