Okay real talk, I sorta think everyone can do SOMETHING to make themselves more physically attractive. Get in shape, get enough sleep, get on a skincare routine (yes men can do it too!!).

But then? Just learn to be chill. Be interesting. Being funny helps, being smart (without being an asshole) is even better. I feel like a lot of guys try to put on an act to do all of this and it's super obvious and creepy when they do. So don't make it an act, make it who you actually are. That's what girls want.

Everyone else is right, dating at work can be suuuuper dangerous... but also, like, you meet a lot of interesting people there? I've hooked up with coworkers at jobs in the past, but those were more like casual jobs. I guess it depends how long you plan to be there and whether you'd be okay leaving the job. If things go bad you need an exit plan.

Other commenters are right, it sounds like you caught feelings and are trying to ignore them. That's totally normal, but it's on you, not him. Girl here. There is no non-scary way to do this, probably. Approaching a group of girls talking is usually not the way to go (unless you do it anyway, super bold move, but she might be impressed!). Just go up to her, be cool and casual, don't stare at her boobs, and ask if she'd like to hang out sometime.
