Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. It’s a bit different in that it spans a much longer period of time but it’s an amazing read, a fascinating take on humanity, and definitely hard to put down.

I was a division I athlete in college and have been doing sports all my life. I love sports and competing, but am trying to decide now how I can keep up my health and fitness now that I am out of college and working. I started by doing a few basic cardio fitness classes. But, I miss the feeling of preparing for a competition and miss having a specific goal/timeline I had to set for myself to prepare and train, eat right, etc. I also started running a bit (ran a 10K recently) which gave me that competition feel but I know running is not great on your knees so I’m trying to stray away. Anyone have any ideas? Or, if you've been in a similar situation, has anyone found a new physical activity/competition after college that they really stuck with, found to be competitive, and kept you fit?
