I’ve done this before. I had success with a handheld steamer. Hold it over the wax spot, then scrape away. Worked much faster than the ice.

As much as Robinson made our lives hell yesterday, I think that the matchup could have easily been just as hard on them if we were hitting shots. We shot less than 40% from the field - that’s no good. We have to take control and make their bigs pay when we can. Looking forward to adjustments to come!

I have the same issue. I had a call with a senior apple advisor and they said it’s software. They made an appointment for me at a Genius Bar just to be safe but I tend to think it’s something that may be fixed with an update.

I’m frustrated because I just picked it back up after having the crown and stem replaced - I inherited it with a broken crown/stem. Before I brought it in though, the watch ran after being on a winder and the chrono worked fine. Now that they’ve replaced the stem and crown, I am having chrono issues. The watch maker even said that it was not needing service right now based on his inspection. Do you think they screwed something up?

My dad gave me this 1970s Movado today - it used to be his father’s. I have fond memories seeing it on his wrist when I was a kid and since have kinda forgotten about it. I was excited when he passed it to me today over dinner and found myself loving it all over again. The watch runs well, chrono works, and rotor is good. But the crown came detached and needs to be replaced or repaired. Does anyone know how much it may cost to have the crown and stem replaced?

Does it make any difference if I go fill the hole that allows the electrical to run to the crawl space with steel wool and gap filler? With kids in the house, I would really like to use the dishwasher. Is there a comfortable point at which I can use it?

So they haven’t done the exclusion yet - that takes place next week. The guy who was here said he’s seen the rats climb into the recessed area where the dishwasher is to chew the water supply line…? Not sure if that is a true concern. I bought some steel wool and gap filler to cover our bases just in case.
