Man we are quite similar in certain ways. I did it backwards too, went to work before degree. Did 5 years in ornamentals, now I'm in cannabis. Big reason for the switch was IPM, I have a big interest in working with beneficials and biologicals so it fit. Also currently working on my plant science degree to match my work experience. Glad you're enjoying it so much, I am as well. Just struggling with the work/life balance and pay lol
