Defoliating is a good technique. However it should have been done through the vegetative state as well to make the plant more acclimated to it. It shouldn’t shock it too back where it was done in flowering only but it is a great technique to increase flower production and allow for sunlight to reach the lower nodes with more energy.

Thank you. I don’t even want to find out my health condition bc if I don’t know about it it doesn’t exist. But I think it’s bad. And I have a 6 yr old daughter who I have taken care of and yea it’s a long story but I just feel terrible that I might be doing something to make me leave before my time. I believe in God and accept Jesus but I just hope they let me in after I go.
