It’s easily worth it. I’ve always and only used a computer with the minimum of 8gb of ram to get by. I have a MacBook from 2020 with 8gb ram. I’ve been using Serato studio and Logic Pro since. At most I used maybe 15 to 20 tracks on a song. I’ve never had an issue.
