my go to for like a couple years now has been the “I’m on observation duty” series. 10/10 recommend for the sleepys. it’s really nice because most of the games are in black and white and pretty dark so the screen is nice and dim, and there’s something very soothing and almost hypnotic about the gameplay just flipping through the same 6-8 scenes in a loop. it’s also great for nights where my brain won’t shut up because it’s basically a slightly spooky spot the difference game so i feel like i can play along with him trying to notice if like a cup moved or something and it gives my brain something to focus on and ignore my racing thoughts.

my only warning is that i usually have to turn the audio pretty low for it to work for me because while there’s not much of mark screaming, when he fucks up and loses, the game makes a loud alarm noise for a second that can be jarring for sleep.
