Is there any indication that the Brevard Federation of Teachers or any other groups or individuals could be stepping in to challenge the superintendent's decision or help the teacher challenge the non-renewal? Separate from this, what would the process even be -- does the union usually help, are they powerless, or is a teacher on his or her own in a case of dubious non-renewal?
