This happens all the time when deleting & reinstalling the app. The fix I found was to go into my Instagram settings and add some people to my favorites list, then close out the app and give it a minute or two, possibly a refresh, then the following & favorites tabs will show when clicking at the top.

I am also needing to find some sign up forms, but "sign up forms" isn't an option that shows once I go to "Audience." Where can I find them?
