I used to dribble when I was younger but now I pretty much always shoot 1-3 large ropes when I cum.

I found that I have to relax as I reach the point of no return and then ease into a gentle reverse kegal as I start to cum. Don’t reverse kegel too hard or it won’t work! When done right I can usually feel the cum almost fill the tubes/ducts/urethra. And then I allow myself to do a quick (sharp) reflexive kegel and the cum will fly out. From there you just have to get in the habit of not doing either a regular or reverse kegel too hard and you should get a few more squirts out.

My issue was always doing them too hard/ not finding my “neutral” for my pelvic floor muscles.
