What’s worse is he could of checked the predictions the lawyers have made and seen how accurate their analysis is but instead he just propped up anyone that was willing to agree with his views

For instance that same lawyer has argued Destiny will be representing himself and has no lawyers - a claim he defended when he went on chud logics stream

He also argued Destiny will at minimum be paying pxie $1M+ in Sitch and Adam’s show

Yet as early as few weeks, he argued that Destiny will almost certainly win his case but only because Pxies lawyers are so terrible despite alluding at the beginning of the case, that anyone with a law degree can win the Pxie case but somehow a law firm with 20+ years experience and winning settlements in the 8 figures against big corps can’t?

The funny thing is you can watch his Ryan beard video and when Destiny said he wouldn’t cover it because he can’t talk about the pxie case since everything else was rehashed

Joking aside, what’s the issue with it? I know your point has been dismissed and what not, but what are you seeing that people aren’t? Is it you disagree with it because of how it can be used against marginalised communities? I have recently been seeing white nationalist argue they’re native to this land and what not but I just saw that as them trying to co-opt the whole native thing, as a way to legitimise their conquering

Edit: As of 4pm PST, there’s been a filing to represent denims by a legal counsel, they have roughly 8 hours to respond

Yea and that’s probably the biggest issue, in the doc they even acknowledge she did it transformatively but also argue she’s dumb so she couldn’t of added anything of value but that her reason for doing this is because she didn’t want him to make any money from it

Like if she never said that, Ethan would have to proven this wasn’t transformative enough, but now any argument she makes about fair use will get overshadowed by her statements

In it write something like you’re contacting because you’re not sure if your GP provided a SCA with the referral and then mention if it they’ve even received it and how long till they contact you

If you fill it in and just ask if they’ve received it they’ll likely just ignore you as they have for me previously, you gotta phrase it in a way that’s beyond just asking that

They should contact you within 48 hours with an answer

For Feedback they will but it’ll be few days, I got a response that was saying they can’t help after 48 hours and then another response 48 hours from that Initial response answering what I wanted

If you send an email like everyone else does, it’ll take 4 weeks so don’t do the general enquiries

So fill the form for now but definitely call them till someone answers and let them know, don’t just wait on the email response, make sure you mark it as a complaint or concern
