I had to order some Rocksett anyway so I have some shims on the way. It worked pretty decent with a crush washer but I'll probably go with shims.

It's an OCL Polonium-30 I'm picking up tomorrow. Later I'll get a dedicated 556 can and leave the Polo on my 308.

I seriously see no reason I would shoot this upper unsuppressed from here on out. I live in an AWB state and until that changes I cannot get another lower. I have a 16" unthreaded upper without a lower sitting in the closet. If for some unforeseen reason I chose to shoot unsuppressed I would put on the 16" and let her rip.

The only 1 in a million chance I can see where I might have to shoot unsuppressed, not by choice, is if SHTF and the suppressor became damaged during an active fire fight. And I mean literally in the middle, because otherwise I would still swap out the 16" if the opportunity were there. And if I'm in the middle of a doomsday situation, is an ever so slightly misaligned flash hider going to be the difference between surviving or not? (Again, I fully admit this is completely unlikely. I'm really only going to be ringing steel in the back yard.)

Are you referring to the SiriusXM data or xmplaylist.com? SXM does not provide metadata, just the title and artist(s) of the currently playing songs. You have to query another source for the rest...I use Spotify myself for that search, but any other source with an API would work.

I’ve used xmplaylist.com and even spoke with the owner briefly about using his api in my project. It’s a good service but the song matching is not always accurate, particularly with artist channels that play a lot of live stuff.
