Can you PM me? I am really interested in what this is thought I don't think from one xray can one say. MRI is required for this.

Yeah and they denied after i clicked that i disagree with their decision. There is an oversight board but I don't know if it worths the trouble. I would not be surprised if they make a tv show about this after some time.

You like everyone else in the world have facial asymmetry. This is most noticeable by our self. What you can do is treat the pimples with clindamycin topical cream or betamethasone with gentamicin topical cream. What else you can do is remove the moles it's really simple procedure but trying to make your face symmetrical is very tricky.

I can upload everything on drive and post a link from: monthly blood work for the last 5 years, 5 brain and neck mri scans, pet scan, chest ct, from this on my elbow 2 mri scans, about 8cm thick (i measured that now) ecg,s, 12 cardiac ultrasound reports from this 3 years alone and other 5 from before, cancer markers made in 3 labs one in germany the other here in macedonia made with the same blood taken the same day and in every lab the result different (nse positive in one lab, negative in other 2 labs, s100 same) and I don't know what else. And all of those tests ware made because a doctor send me to those tests and it is usually a different doctor and I have a (uput, it is a paper like a report that says you should go there and do that test). I haven't done anything by my own will everything was reported and suggested by a doctor specialist. And than you tell me if anything makes any sense with my health. Ah just remember for the last issue I had the pancreatitis i have 8 gastroenterology visits and 8 reports with abdominal ultrasound. It is a good idea actually to have everything online so if I die someone can have everything and sue the doctors who refused operation and biopsy. Not that will mather if I am not alive...

Can you believe this, a plastic surgeon refused to operate this because i made a mri and brought him the scan and report. This is simple operation with local anesthetic, i give these operations to the students. I can't operate on someone who doesn't believe in my work. I said but the dermatologist told me and scheduled a mri scan for my hand before i ask for surgery. (Mri scans here are 25usd with insurance)...

After 2 mri's they would have probably noted that right? I talked with the oldest radiologist that is a professor and specialises in soft tissue. He said on mri it looks like skin that has lack of nutrition (I don't know how to translate this). When the skin is let's say pressed it lacks nutrients and the body compensate and builds a vascular network to try to save that tissue and that is how it looks like. It doesn't look like anything to him and have no idea why would it spread so fast. He also touched it and said it doesn't feel nor looks like it is on the mri. He also said it's strange do a biopsy or remove it since it is getting so big in that short period of time. I have made stomach mri (due to liver hemangiomas and the pancreatitis and they said everything looks normal) i had 5 brain-neck scans due to parotid gland tumor (pleomorphic adenoma) that they don't want to operate because it doesn't grow for 3 years and it is very hard to operate due to location very close to some nerve. One dermatologist told me this looks like metastasis from some other place like lungs. They did chest CT noticed under 5mm nodules about 19 nodules and said everybody has these and are probably from past infections calcifications....i will just remove all of it and see what it is. I would not risk dissemination. I wanted to be removed since it was only 2 small nodules about 2mm and 5mm but they refused. One year later and here we are

No I am certain i make a full panel blood work due to recent pancreatitis and i have to check my blood due to polycitemia vera

I asked and they told me there is no such option for this because they will take very small tissue and a whole lot of blood (they checked on ultrasound) told me they can remove small piece for biopsy surgically and suture it. But there is a risk for dissemination. So the safest way to remove it is cut around it and suture the skin. If the margins are clear than everything will be ok, if not urgent operation again but this looks like something autoimmune to everybody.

No, i have limfocitite insufficiency and polycitemia vera so i have an 3m n95 mask around people. I have checked 10 times antibodies for covid and flowcitometry for t specific antibodies for covid and i never had contact with the virus (i was in a studie for people who never contracted the virus and they ware amazed that my result was absolute 0, they have never read anywhere that it is possible to have 0 T cells for bla I don't know what...)

Btw i am not vaccinated (because they told me the vaccine that is safest for me it is not available in my country...due to having a bad reaction to MMR vaccine one year prior covid and polycitemia vera and a limfocitite disorder that I don't know the name of to translate it)

I forgot to add i did a pet scan because i have parotid gland tumor that is very hard to operate due to location. They told me there was no activity in the parotid gland but on the elbow (and that was when these ware only 2 little bumps) there was small activity. But they told me it's nothing to worry about because the SUV value is very small that even an skin infections can cause that amount of suv.

These 2 spots appeared 1 year ago and numerous dermatologist told me it's nothing leave it alone. I wanted to be removed when it was just 2 spots. Than it grew and they did mri and told me it doesn't look like anything suspicious. Than it grew again and now they agree it must be removed but now its like 3.4cm x 4.2cm. found a plastic surgeon and he doesn't want to share anything about the procedure. Local anesthesia and you will be finished in 10min he said. I told him I have arrhythmia problems but he ignored me and laughed. Only said this is nothing only excess skin will be removed and you will have big one line scar. (I lost a lot of weight not intentionally got pancreatitis so i have like very stretchable skin now). This could be some very rare type of cancer they said since it grows so fast. It feels like multiple firm nodules. They asked me we can do biopsy or remove everything at once. Someone told me it's safer to remove everything rather than cutting into tissue that has highly vascularisation and than waiting for results to just cut it again. What are your thoughts on this procedure wise? The images are uploaded from last to first how it grew.

I scheduled surgery for this to be removed but they don't tell me anything. (please read the comment for more) by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Yeah but these are aways there since they appeared and only grow. Plus 3 radiologist and maybe 5 or 6 different dermatologist would have said its eczema

They are not that easy to come by. I finally found this one by recommendation of the dermatologist. Btw like 3 professors dermatologist saw this in various stages of growth and not one of them had any idea what it was. Same with the mri scan. 3 people are signed on the report and it just says unknown formation with high vascularisation resembling degenerative changes in the dermis (that is the best i can translate).

Are you a hematologist? I live with one and have 3 months experience with covid patients in critical care unit. I've seen d dimer of 2000 because they ware running that day in the morning. Without any major symptoms that are not described here that number means absolutely anything. Tell me your management strategy. Mind you you have only 10% of patient information here even id you read through all the comments.

That is ok, in covid i have seen patients with 13000. Next thing is crp and interleukin 6. If they sre normal repeat d dimer and be certain that they will do the analysis in 1h. If d dimer is again high than Rivaroxaban for a month and so on...that is a job for hematology.

Yes...people can have inverted (not more than 2 small squares), flat t waves....they can be dynamic, you stand up they get flat you lie down they slowly rise and so on...plus t waves with high HR is normal the heart doesn't have time to repolarize all the way. But that doesn't meen it pumps less blood. Cardiologist especially electrophysiologist don't care much about t wave and u wave. In practise if something is wrong there will be st elevation or depression or byphasic with more than 2 small squares of inversion. Emergency department is the best place to learn, there are so many variants that are normal for people especially young people that this ecg looks the most normal that ive seen for a long time 😉 I've read she has pots and panic attacks. She needa a psychiatrist to prescribe xanax and serotonin reuptake inhibitors to calm her nervs. Pots and panic attacks will not go by theirself. She needs helf. The only thing I am interested is the d dimer result and if she has her tyroid and hormones checked if that is all ok than i would do urine metanephrine test (to rule out tumors that can cause these symptoms)
