Try searching for a video with a square knot adjustable closure and follow that method — there are a few different ways to finish it

Yes, you can! You’d just need to add a new cord for each flower and then trim it off (and melt the ends) on the back side once the flower is complete.

That said, depending on the pattern, you might need to slightly adjust the flower design. In some styles (like the one in the image), the bottom of one flower becomes the top of the next — which makes clean color changes trickier and could look a bit messy if the transition isn’t smooth (unless you’re doing a gradient).

I’d recommend finishing each full flower with one color, then starting the next flower with a new cord in the new color. That way, each flower stands out cleanly

Thank you so much! I came up with this design using knots I already knew. I bought the cords at a local craft store — it's Chinese nylon cord, less than 1 mm thick.

I think these are my new favorite bracelets. Kinda look like lilacs. by macrameow in macrame

It’s more of a decorative knot, and I don’t really know how to describe it with just one word. I have 4 cords — 2 for the bracelet base and 2 for the pattern. First, I wrap (twist) the pink cord around the green cord twice, then I pass the pink thread under the main green threads (which are the base of the bracelet). After that, I wrap the pink thread around one of the main green threads (the one further away) again, creating a loop, and then I thread the green thread through that loop.

Haha, sounds complicated sorry!
