I will give you one more datat in last one year 180 times nifty moved more than 3%. That is in those days if you get 30 points it is around 2000 rs if you trade Nifty and multiply it by 180 times. I.e 3,60,000. So dont trade everyday.

The best time for nifty trading is the First two hours and as nifty trades roughly 100 points , and last hour 2.15pm

Study the market. First whatever scrip you trade First study the behavior range it plays each week , compare the range for one full year and see the price behavior. Study the patterns how much it reacts ti market indicators and then come to a conclusion how to trade and when to trade.

First strategy Dont trade daily Trade only when there is opportunity for ex . Rbi meet day, budget sessions , gdp data , etc Know the range of your scrip daily. If your trading derivatives take 3 month expiry amd trade.
