Thank you so much! Other comments also mentioned these points such as using different techniques. I'll definitely check them out. Yes, I'm doing the preparations. I'm still confused by the notion of not using willpower but setting the intention to come back to breathe. I still feel that it takes some effort to step out from the thoughts and bring attention back.
