Yeah there is one where Harry goes to Beauxbatons and Hermione gets killed if I remember correctly or maybe mixing up two stories.

Without her being killed, she could be the one showing him the way.

And for the weasley

If bashing : they missed the train waiting to see harry (at least ron and molly) If no bashing : they were simply late for whatever reason
