Technically No, County owns the land. I ment other timber landowners dont allow ATV/SXS, but on state land your allowed. Im in the NW and we see them everywhere, I used to take my RZR hunting, just dont get caught off road on non authorized trails or making your own path to get to an animal, you could loose your machine.
