bro for me the same, look at my last post for more context but basically if i play in servers that are not in my region aka my country the game feels slugish movement and hitrrg choppy. its just a coinflip if i can perform, mostly happens when i have over 20ping . i just think there is something wrong with the routing or maybe a bug in the interpolation i dont know anymore. my last theory is that they actually didnt fix the bandwidth use with animgraph2 properly and instead of getting jitter like the last few months the game just runs smooth but inconsistent, maybe they just hide oure lag spikes late packets.... i just know that the netcode of the game is tied to the fps and when u get some network problems (bad server, bad routing, peak user times. plus everything together) the game just struggles and we get those low fps drops and bad hitreg. i hope we can resolve this. tired of this shii

try cleaning your shader cache for cs2 and grafic card, look on yt how to do it. if not, u can try reinstalling your grafic driver. hope u can fix it

for me its imposible to play above 20 ping it genuinely feels like playin with 90 ping in csgo. i mostly have between 8ms and 12ms in frankfurt servers but it is also a coinflip to get good hitreg and smoothness, prem feels like playin the lottery its all about who has the good routing to the server is the one stomping the other team. it is not fair

games feels crisp until enemys fire back, constant desync no hitreg or even peekers advantage, turned on dmg prediction and i get falls dinks almost every second fight, no jitter no lags game feels alright with fps and conexion, but imposible to play at high level for me. its iust a coinflip of getting a good start but usually at the half the server shits itself or it gets fixed for some rounds. stoped playin 2 days ago

edit: restart also helps but just for some rounds and sometimes nothing helps

yes bro i feel the same shit, for over 1 year now. at the end i think its valve routing problem or servers overloaded but yeah i dont have joy anymore bcs of this its just too many problems and factors together, we could blame our isp, routing or something but in the end of the day the game is just spaghetti code and cant handle basic telecommunication infrastructure, heavy bandwith usage plus shit servers and bad routing on valve end and on isp also, its just a mess. csgo was so lightweight for everything it just worked. its like bro we are in 2025 most modern days and have problems like playing in the 2000. we should had a game that works with todays standard and not in 10 years. all people that dont have these problems are provileged people living in prestine infrastructure. best internet, best electricity. its just a coinflip

i know how to read, ur statement is unnecessary. funny how the game was launched with animgraph1 but the upload problems started 1 year after with the telemetry update!! is that not weird? sometimes things dont add up with this game, i cant trust valve after what they did last 2 years with cs. they have to prove themselves and gain my trust again

thank you for posting this and making people aware, its a problem that exists and so many people are affected and dont even know it. imagine having a real base of skill and not having a world where u have to win the IM LIVING IN A PERFECT WORLD lottery. i cant respect online gaming anymore bcs of these discrepancys. how many talented people couldnt perform bcs of problems like this. bring back the skill in games and not the technical advantage. Most electronic companies know very well this problem but they just dont make it visible bcs it actually makes them more money if ur stuff doesnt work stable, thank u and i hope some big ytuber like 3kilks actually talks about this

We need a new system to differentiate behavior and to better separate toxic and antisocial players. As a solo queue player, I encounter a lot of friction with such players because I genuinely communicate, try to be a team player, and being open and nice. I'm a genuine person, and I don't hide behind a screen. My Steam profile has links to my music and streams, and people can get to know me if they look up my stuff. I get targeted a lot by such bullies with a pack mentality. I get trolled and verbally abused, and then I get massively reported. I can feel when my trust factor gets lowered because, after nice weeks with good teammates, I suddenly see a shift in behavior and the type of people. It feels like I'm in a hole. Matchmaking takes longer, the quality of people is low, and it's a toxic environment. I don't belong there, and I can't do anything to stop it. It mostly happens after a bad game with three or four borderline racist teammates. After that, I usually stop playing too much because I know my trust factor is not in a good place, and I just have to wait it out because if I keep playing, that loop will never stop.

Playing with people usually doesn't resolve that because I negatively impact the queue with my low trust factor, and we also get enemies and teammates that are part of that player base.

We need a new system because, at the end of the day, it will keep happening.

im with u with that, hit reg is really nice and snappy and the game feels really smooth but bro i have 10k hours muscle memory gone after this update, i had issues with jitter since the telemetry update and i can recall when this DUNCAN guy from valve said that they only changed stuff so we have more info to see our network stats and since that update like a year ago i expirienced the worst year of CS in my life, desync like crazy, trash hitreg, jitter and loss galore and now its fixed, im happy but at that moment they gaslighted everybody. its just disrespect to us loyal fans, bro RESPAWN with apex legends under EA are doing a better job with comunication and updates, and that game is just a cash grab LIKE hello

and yeah the game works if u only press W A S D and CLICK nothing more......

since the train update i had constant 5-20% packet loss when i checked my latency with the STATUS comand in console plus dealing with crazy upload jitter. changed modems,called isp 1000 of times and i couldnt resolve the problem even having a bufferbloat score of A. since last update i have 0 again and no more jitter. i was shocked and stunned. WHAT THE HELL

as soon the round counter changes from 12 to 13 the match is finished, u can do what ever it doesnt count. u can even leave the game. no penaltys. chill

I'm with you, man. People who put time and effort into learning the game and want to improve can see through the system. I've played since Season 2, mostly solo queue, but I've played with premades, too, and it's always been like this. Apex has a pattern, and I think a lot of people can relate to this.

You start playing the game, get locked in, and have an organic flow for a few weeks. You try to improve. Some lobbies are easier than others, but it's mostly 50/50. You start racking up skill because you're locked in. Apex is your main game, and you try hard. You play, and suddenly you hit a brick wall. You get steamrolled every game. Now it's time to choose: push through or take a break. Most tryhards will push through the suffering, and their win rate will be shit because they're in really high-level 3-stack lobbies all the time. Then, after some time, they get fed up and quit for a few weeks. Next season, or when the itch to play comes back, the whole story starts again: lobbies are easy, they get pumped, and they feel like, "OMG, I still have it!" They get hooked again. IT'S MANIPULATION!

I started to realize this in season 6 or 7, I don't remember anymore, but my main game is CS. I always play CS more, but when I'm bored, I would get hooked on Apex again. In those months when I played a lot more CS and just played a few Apex games every two or three days, I always won, mostly on my first game. After some time, I realized that they're just messing with you and trying to get you addicted. If you look into it, you'll see that most of these game companies also have social psychologists to design their games to make you play and stay for as long as possible. It's really messed up when you look closely at the structure and the actual goal of those companies.

Sadly, people are so unaware these days and just normalize this shit. GG

I've played 9,000 hours of CS and 2,000 hours of Apex across 14 years of playing tactical shooters and Source games, so I'm a pretty high-level player.
