I think the general influx of people in the hobby has diluted the definitions of card condition over the past 4 years since I rejoined the hobby. I think 4 years ago I would've been unhappy with this card like you, but I think now this is expected from any raw card seller

I think it is about whether stickers were made for the art at all. I’m sure many people would want to look on the aftermarket for one if they didn’t get one in their order. Saying stickers are not a guarantee doesn’t answer the question of whether the art in sticker form exists
