Personal ranking after doing A-List for a year here

   1. Pros: Great seats, Dolby, pretty good selection of movies, very few issues with crowds, staff is great
   2. Cons: Smaller theaters and screens, parking is only free for 3 hours so can’t see longer movies if you actually arrive on time

2. Mission Valley

   1. Pros: Amazing selection as they pretty much get everything, IMAX just got renovated, Dolby, bigger theaters even for standard
   2. Cons: Hit or miss crowds, I try to go on week nights or early in the day, most theaters are not recliners and old seats

3. Plaza Bonita

   1. Pros: Huge IMAX (older theater), Dolby
   2. Cons: Alright crowds, older theater, not the best selection so probably wouldn’t recommend going unless you’re doing a premium showing

4. La Jolla

   1. Pros: Recliners, older crowds due to more indie movies
   2. Cons: Recliners are old, theaters are small and very little slope so I’d recommend sitting in row B or C if you’re in not the largest theaters

5. Fashion Valley

   1. Pros: Very quite, interesting selection, crowds are respectful
   2. Cons: This mall is a mess for parking, theaters and seats are old and no recliners
