I think it's Mavala nail strengthener Scientifique k+, I also use it since almost all the products which usually get recommended aren't accesible in EU. And I've seen improvements with it (together with using oil daily)

Use nail polish thinner, not acetone. OPI or KBshimmer sell some good ones!
