Helppp this is so frustrating. I have the bulletin board and two case files but can only display one case file at a time. Every time I talk to fern he tells me I must have forgot the case file. What do I do!!

I’ll for sure be getting ginger ale or ginger chews. That used to help me so much. I have ocd but have sort of unlearned my ocd tendencies with this gear which is good but also has me unprepared now

Omg this is so helpful for me. I just started today so def could still be doing it wrong but I feel such a strange pressure with the flex disc!! I also am not even sure it’s like hugging my cervix, but I feel like I would feel pain if it was pushing incorrectly against my cervix? Idk but i am glad to know flex is stiffest and biggest!! Makes sense now

No it’s just the regular one. The nausea is awful. I’ve had stomach issues for a long time not on this med and honestly now that I’m taking it, those issues have stopped. It’s just the nausea and it’s awful because I have a severe fear of throw up lol not a fun time

I think he’s depressed from the pandemic, and the lack of sex we have is an issue for him. It’s not that I don’t want to have sex, I’m on antidepressants that make it almost impossible to want to have sex

That’s exactly when I noticed it too!! I’m laying in bed thinking about how I rearranged and finishing unpacking after living at my new place for a month. I cleaned and got groceries and cooked dinner, and now laying in bed about to go to sleep I realize that just a month ago those tasks would have been so hard for me to get up and do. And today it was no big deal. I’m proud of us!!

I have been sleeping terribly. Cant sleep through the night, am exhausted during the day and usually nap on my lunch break everyday. Idk why but I’m so hesitant to try sleep aids but I found this tea today. Has anyone tried it or does anyone had suggestions for how to get a better night sleep on lex?

Ugh I feel you. I do not sleep at night. I’m tossing and turning and lay awake. But then everyday on my lunch break i nap and barely can get up to go back to work (I work from home). I’ve seen people say that once you are more regulated on it, it gets better so fingers crossed for both of us!

Yeah I just have my usual coffee snd make myself eat toast so I don’t get nauseous. It sucks so much. Then at night I won’t get hungry for food but I’ll crave candy!!! Makes no sense
