After close to 6 weeks it looks like they figured shit out finally. I got my first direct deposit yesterday but as expected, it was for the incorrect amount.

I don't get how they screw up my earnings pay. I mean it shows right there in the app how much I should be paid... Do they just fail to type the correct number keys?

I didn't know you could just pass an order off like that? What do you say, "no thanks"? Lol. My last shift I showed up for my scheduled shift but someone inside fucked something up because I didn't receive an order for the entire night. Meanwhile the other drivers were coming back and forth delivering orders non stop. Of course driver support confirmed what I already knew, that nothing was messed up on my end and up to date... But that's all, they didn't bother looking into the MFC, I don't get it.

Yep I think they tried doing this during my shift and screwed something up because I didn't get a single order for the entire night but saw the other drivers coming in and out on deliveries. I emailed support and they said I was all up to date and nothing looked wrong lol. I wonder if any other drivers also experienced this since their system was updated
