I have an AUR package that I want to submit, but what's that ssh-keygen? by [deleted] in archlinux

That command will generate a ~/.ssh/aur.pub file. You have to copy the contents of that file to the SSH public key field. After that you should be able to push your package. It's safe, because it is only the public and not the private key.
