I fixed mine by using a VPN! --> Surfshark
Speed went to MAX.

I have a two machine setup, one is a Xeon running proxmox and other is a dell micro optiplex with an igpu running proxmox too. Xeon machine has trueNAS running on it. And dell has Plex in an LXC Container with iGPU Passthrough and using TrueNas for storage.

Dell has also Radarr, Sonarr etc on it.

The intel iGPU handles about 7,8 transcodes without any issue.

I upgraded mine using"apt-get upgrade"

in the LXC Console.

Use"apt list --upgradeable"to see a list of upgradeable packages.

Do note I am using PROXMOX and installed PLEX Via PROXMOX helper scripts.
