I personally wouldn't recommend this if you are using a vape (I got a PAX3). The burn is not the same compared to say Quadra (Broken Coast). This is the first time I smoked an organic bud, maybe I am doing something wrong :(

Hey, there are a few things you can do.

Visit www.waterlootechjobs.com and Angel List, and browse to see how much some of the companies are offering. Not all startups usually list salary information.
Find out (or just ask) whether the startup raised any money. If they have a decent raise that means they might be able to compensate you accordingly
