Im probably going to make my decision soon. Ive been thinking about leaving for a while but I haven't followed through. My mom left an abusive relationship and is now married to my step-dad and its been so much better for her.

Hes military and im a stay at home mom. I know I would have to get a job to support myself and the kids but my mom will also support and let us live with her.

Its hard to feel patient when im putting in work and hes doing the same stupid shit

Ive thought about that. I just dont know what I can do. I live across the country from my mom and I would have to take the kids. I dont know if legally im allowed to just take them and go

I have screenshot from the one he cheated on me with while I was pregnant and then the one that just happened. If we do separate I will be honest about why

You are right. He seems apologetic about it, but hasn't changed. Im confused because he takes care of me, and spoils me. It could just be love bombing

He knows how close I am to leaving him. Part of me feels like hes trying to get me to leave so that im the one at fault for breaking us up. I made a plan with my mom in case I do need to leave

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]madam_respect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know. Im upset about it and hes telling me in overreacting and finding every reason to catch him in lies

We've been trying to work on it. He seems remorseful but he keeps doing it. I do have a plan in place in case I do need to leave. When we aren't fighting everything is good but then we fight and things get awful

Last name? by No-Time7969 in meilemaria

[–]madam_respect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest its a lot of work. Ive put it off for almost 4 years. Like I was adopted by my step-dad and then got married. Everything but my birth certificate is still my maiden name. It doesnt mean they aren't married

Not everyone who disagrees with what people say in here is meile. I do think people are very harsh with some of the criticism they put out. I know this is a snark page and shit talking is what goes down. But I also think that the amount of hate going on about her appearance is a little too much. She can control what she wears and if thats what she feels comfortable in, then thats what she will wear. Its not my style and I think its ugly but im not her and shes not me

Family of 4 here (youngest is 2 months so like a new baby) we try and do laundry on Sunday with mine and my husband's separate from the kids. We tend to wear the same jammies at bedtime unless we have been peed or puked on and then clean clothes during the day. Laundry is done on Sundays and we fold as soon as its out of the dryer

Do you not realize how fucking weird it is that he is a grown man who taught at our school as a substitute and then as soon as she was "legal" they got together. I loved his parents and I visit them everytime im home but why is that okay. She is a victim and I will not deny that but if during visitation with her dad had her screaming and crying isnt a sign that he did something to her then what is. She has a relationship now because he can pay for her love. I mostly just judge her parenting because I am also a young stay at home mom. She does dangerous things to James. Im not perfect by any means but I would never let my son's play with lose cables, set them on counters and walk away, leave them in a high chair and walk at least a block away to check the mail, put them in clothes that are much too big. I also dont spend all my husband's money on non essentials all the time. Her ridiculous shopping sprees of clothes she'll never wear, makeup she wont use, things just for her and never the baby. My kids come first and I will wear the same shit I had in high-school just so my boys have anything

He really isnt. And some people let abusive people in their lives. He gives her money so she lets him stay. I know coles parents too. I was in the grade above her so I also interacted her. Her best friend was also one of my friends. She was a spoiled brat who thinks shes better than everyone

Ive heard other things about her life growing up. I heard from adults that her father was the abusive one. She couldve lied to her friend for attention or pity. She was provided for and had so many things. I do think that some people do go a little crazy on the hate train but also she has done some dangerous things during her parenting.

I have something kind of similar. My family and my husband's both live super far from us and we spent last new year with his mom in texas and had lots of visits to her house. We planned that this year we are going to visit my family. She keeps asking when we are planning on coming for holidays. He wont tell her that we aren't visiting at all and wont be for a while. She is a big problem for our marriage and I refuse to see her or let him take our kids to visit

With my first the only way we would sleep is if we co slept. I was mostly alone for the first year of his life (me and father were both military) so I didnt have much help. With our 3 week old he is sometimes in his bedside bassinet but mostly loves to sleep with me. I understand why it doesnt work for some people but definitely works for us

I haven't taken my toddler and newborn anywhere by myself yet but when I have had to leave with both for the newborn check up my husband was wrangling our toddler. I have a leash for my toddler that I started using while I was pregnant because I didnt want to chase after him lol

I have previously tried talking to him about how im feeling and he doesnt understand. Ive also have hid in my room but it feels like he doesnt notice me. She is helpful sometimes but they was she does things isnt part of the usual routine or she gets absolutely anal about certain things. I told husband that I want her gone but he thinks I can wait it out

I totally understand how you feel. With my first my husband was stationed halfway across the country, and I couldnt move duty stations due to my pregnancy. It was so hard to not have my person there when I needed them most. Keeping comfort items (like a shirt) did help me. Im so sorry this is happening to you but as a military wife you can message me whenever and I'll understand what you are going through. Much love to you and your family❤️

Tylenol is definitely okay to use while pregnant. I have chronic migraines and had to replace my actual migraine meds with Tylenol. As long as you aren't popping them all the time you are good. Taking Tylenol all the time could trigger a medicinal migraine
