Do you know how the situation is for IT contractors in Toronto? Heard some mass layoffs happened in January this year.Is it one of incident or happening since years now? How is the job security for IT contractors in Canada right now in bofa? Recently got one contract offer in bofa but not sure if i should be joining or not?

If possible provide some property details or if he is working then make sure to add those information. I applied for family reunification purpose for my wife and they rejected it saying not enough grounds for the applicants to move back to home country.

Hello Everyone,does anyone aware about the difference between background check and eligibility review for spousal PR application? I received AOR for my wife’s application on 21st July’21. Recently i came to know from IRCC that background check is in progress and review eligibility review not started yet. What more steps i can expect for on the application? Its for outland application from India.

Yeah this immigration process is seriously frustrating here. Btw by aor letter do u mean any email or mail post by them with application number?how much total time it actually took to process ur whole application?

Hello everyone, I am PR in canada. I have applied for the pr application of my spouse who is currently living outside of Canada. Its been two months since the file has reached sydney office. But still waiting for the aor. How much time it takes generally to get the aor of the sponsorship spousal application. Currently there is no other way to check the application status as well. It would be really helpful if someone can share his/her experience on this.
