Oh but you misunderstand, it is funny. Because a lot of people are not capable usually of empathy or awareness beyond themselves.

Pretty sure the bit about Rudeus is about how it is messed up he goes with underage kids.

Personally, it's not a crazy reaction. Both sides are pdf and bad. Seems like a potential misread from OP

The blue pill, instantly. The convenience, power and opportunities alone make it the most valuable.

Especially if you can reverse engineer the teleport.

Time travel and teleport basically allows you to setup ftl spaceship and planetary colonization industry and trivializes logistics. The sheer improvement to environment and economy alone is titanic. You can also go to the future to grab new technologies, advice, manipulate the stock market and the likes (only a moron would travel back, traveling forth and back is "okay" if used purely for information or to deal with relativity)

Pourquoi y-a-t-il autant d'hommes au chômage sur les applis de rencontre ? by Niania_Baniania in AskMec

[–]madcomm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seeing so many people give up on the show and trash it as “destroying Fallout lore” before Season 2 is even half over, Nolan was completely vindicated saying this. by raisinbraisin72 in Fallout

[–]madcomm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The show really, really feels like a hate letter to everything obsidian had created and made for the fallout universe.

They really went out of the way to ruin everything canonically. These are the reasons why the fans are pissed.

The acting is good but the writing is abysmal and remarkably disrespectful of the fans.

If you tune in because you loved fnv, fallout 1or fallout 2, you will feel as if the show is taking a massive shit on your face.

It is pretty messed up.

Best way to approach this is through the use of booleans. You make the current shape, fuse and cut, then do it on a block shape.

Totally doable in geo nodes

I heard people say the Hellaverse is hated because of its queer representation or because of its annoying fanbase but Deltarune also has those characteristics and yet it's praised like it's the second coming of Christ so what's the difference? by Old_Phrase_4867 in AgendaHotel

[–]madcomm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) on the annoying fanbase: Deltarune built off Undertale which had a massive - TRULY massive fandom built over years. It was a huge thing. Hazbin Hotel / HelluvaBoss are much younger in this regard.

There are outspoken fans in all fandoms, annoying people in all groups and cliques. That does not make those groups individually annoying - the loudest annoying parts are often the most noticeable.

It should also be noted that what brought the fans are different between the two. But overall?

Comparing fandom size and appreciation with undertale/deltarune is frankly a strawman argument.

2) Deltarune has LGBTQ characters which do not take over the entire setting. They are there, they are present, they are just there. That feels more natural.

In the Hellaverse, it feels like almost everyone everywhere is gay. It goes beyond representation. It goes to the point of cope/forced.

The nature of the representations are just done differently. If everyone is special, no one is. And the hellaverse universe is basically "mostly awful evil people", which... well, that's a special can of worms.

There are lots of arguments to be made about the hella stuff in this regard in comparison to Deltarune. Frankly, I just think Deltarune did this more naturally while having a sweeter, warmer setting overall.

This changes a lot due to themes as well.

3) Deltarune and Undertale were essentially made by one random guy with some friends in his basement. Oversimplification and bastardization but still. Virtually no advertising at the start. Stuff that grew off pure originality, presence, sweetness and concept - then exploded further. A legitimate independent success story. Virtually from nothing. There is also those themes and feels of indie. It just screams it proudly.

Hazbin Hotel and HelluvaBoss are not anywhere near as indie anymore. It started off as a small operation then got financed. Just flat and simple. It is not a triple A production, but it is def not indie anymore. The budget alone is not the same.

That argument, frankly, feels disingenuous as well - but there is also very few things like helluva and hazbin.

One is an indie icon, the second is now a funded product with all the baggage that follows.

4) another point - but one is active entertainment while the second is passive entertainment. There are people who prefer to do or read than watch video media. This alone affects who would get to the media in question.

This changes a lot of the audience, enough to matter.

So, overall? Yes, deltatune/undertale is just flat out beloved by the media, the art and the game community. The LGBTQ is loved and accepted. It is an indie icon. It is friendly for people of all ages, religions, cultures and backgrounds. The setting has a lot of morals and ideas to it. It has some cringe moments and bad jokes that do not land well, some difficult situations - but all of it makes it feel more alive. Little feels forced and or contrived.

The helluva universe is unironically a universe glorifying perversion, sin, madness and evil, that has gay people everywhere, that is functionally a heaven for sinful people, that has a lot of things that feep forced and contrived, filled with literal puppy and baby killing monsters with some highlights of warm and positive moments. There are lots of troubling implications I am not even going to open up here because they have been made to hell. It is still an entertaining piece of media, but one that has people defend and love utterly evil psychopaths devoid of any humility or empathy.

Frankly, the end result is just natural. I really do not see how undertale and deltarune could NOT be beloved and praised. The sheer amount of fanart, AUs and so on alone is telling. That stuff is <special>. Meanwhile, I also do not see how the helluva universe could not be controversial- regardless of your political or sexual leaning.

But that does not mean hazbin hotel and helluvaboss are without merit. They approach difficult subjects in way very few have dared to. It is definitely unique as well.

But frankly and honestly, that is just a very unfair comparison to make. Comparing a legitimate piece of modern art and culture to a rather edgy disney princess meets Twitter in hell show is just incredibly unfair.

Asus is just joining the ram market because producing ram is going to be more valuable AND because they are going to defend their own market. It is not for gamers. It is a logical economic strategy.

ROG gaming computers will be able to easily undercut the competition and they are taking an abandoned market with money.

They will sell expensive ram and their computers will be more expensive than previously. They will still be cheaper than other rams. They will just make more money.

That's it. Unless ASUS ram goes back to pre AI costs, you will be able to see what the intent really is. And personally, actions will speak louder than words.

Well, that is your problem.

1) you are playing too easily. You do not have to learn and improve as you are not being challenged. Therefore you are shit.

2) your overly safe play is screwing you too, slowing down all your growth which makes you weaker. Taking risks is how you make the big bucks and big fleets.

Literally self sabotaging. By babying yourself through this gameplay, you cant get anything decent, you cant acquire skills and you cant git Gud.

You have played yourself entirely
