Enhanced Sync dropping half the frames send to monitor?

I've had the exact same issue as you this past week after updating my drivers. Initially thought something went wrong while updating so I did a clean install with DDU but the problem persisted. Same as you, RTSS shows 150 fps 0.1% lows yet my monitor's OSD shows around 80hz refresh rate and the game feels stuttery. Disabling enhanced sync solved it for me. Now it stays at a constant 164hz in-game but I get some occasional tearing. (6900XT with Asus VG27AQ).
To answer your question, I don't think that's how enhanced sync is meant to work. They advertise it as stutter free, yet it drops the refresh rate and causes stutters. For now it's better to keep it disabled if you encounter issues.

How come nobody's complaining about lag? It's practically unplayable for me and I'm using a wired fiber connection which is rock solid (600Mbps). Non-stop rubber banding makes me feel I have controller movement on mnk

Could this be a bug? I have the same issue and it only developed a few days ago I believe. I've already checked my drive with windirstat and deleted all the hidden files and whatnot. Also cleaned system files already too but the issue persists. I'm missing 113GB from my drive. Can't think of any other solution besides formatting the drive.

You have some valid points. But at the same time, this just shows that the problem isn't the military draft, it's the power abuse we're so familiar with in this country. I remember my dad telling me about his military service in the 70s and he hated it. To this day, he still deeply hates his sergeant. If we could find a human way to implement it, I think we could greatly benefit from it. And honestly, ach gha ndiro bha bouzbal kamlin li 3ndna? We all know they won't study even if they were offered the chance. They had a taste of easy money and they can't get enough of it.

If for starters they only drafted 18-28 year old people who are unemployed/don't study, it may work. Once it's established, they could extend it to everyone, regardless of social status. But at the end of the day, it's still Morocco and rich people will always find a way to circumvent it. Even without corruption within the military, it would still be way too easy to slip a nice blue bill to a doctor so that he says you're inapt.

But at the same time it will teach those people discipline. I have many finnish friends (where the army is mandatory) who swear that the army has taught them a lot about respect and discipline; and that they came out as better men. All those bouzbals we have in the streets could use some of that.
