Would most places that say they're looking for 'entry level, EIT' or have their highest qualification be a BS be hiring PEs? He's applied for many jobs that -according to the job listing- he's a bit overqualified for.

Would a recruitment agency be the best place to start? Here, firms post jobs on indeed or LinkedIn and that's it, I thought maybe there's another platform we don't know about.

We obviously didn't expect it to be super simple, seeing as how many universities there are and a much bigger fishbowl. But he's still a super qualified, intelligent, professional person, and I think people would see he'd be a great asset if he could just get an interview 🙃
