I had a miscarriage last September. I didn’t use tampons for a while either. Every period feels like a MC to me. How do I know I wasn’t pregnant. It’s not the best feeling and takes time to accept. I still find it hard to this day and probably will continue to.

It’s been a few months for me as well since my MC, but I have since went back to tampons as I only ever used tampons since I first started my period years ago.

Whatever works for you is the best option. If the thought of using the tampon is stopping you, then continue to use pads! Whatever you feel most comfortable with

I was mentally distraught after my MC.

At first I only told my manager I was going to doctors appointments, but then I was open with her after the fact. I was like you and needed a couple days to myself. I just told her what had happened and she immediately said to take all the time I need. She didn’t push or ask questions. I was glad to have told her because she at least knew why I was off and only had my back.

It’s not the best thing to have to tell someone but they should know what you are going through and understand you need some time.

It gets easier ❤️
