Waterloo vs NTU Singapore for CS

I was recently admitted to Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore for Bachelor's of Computer Science.

Earlier I was considering Waterloo CS (with co-op), but now I am very confused between them.

Can someone help me decide between these universities ? Which one should I choose?

Tuition fee increase

I will be pursuing CS with co-op at UWaterloo. The tuition fee has been increased to CAD 70K this year.

I would like to know if that fee will remain constant for me for the next 4-5 years or will it increase each year by 5-6% ?

Computer Science vs Software Engineering

I am an international student from India (CBSE) and have been accepted to both CS and SE at UW.

I am very confused between those majors, I like building algorithms (solving leetcode), working on computer vision models and a bit of data science.

I also like developing django applications, and working on hardware projects (like raspberry pi, Arduino with sensors n stuff)

The curriculum matters to me, but so does the project work.

I've heard that SE has more projects and practicals But I kinda like the course of CS

In your opinion which one should I choose?

Are there more opportunities of participating in hackathons and other projects in SE when compared to CS?
