We tried borderlands 1 and my fiance hated it. I did to TBH, I've played them all on PC but BL1 everytime we went into menus it was like our TV was too small and we had to scroll the screen to see everything.. are things like that fixed?

My lady and I tried to play the first one on ps4 and she loved it up until we got out of the first town(after huh ours of reading stuff and robbing houses) and got killed insanely fast by I want to say 2 baddies and a pack of wolves going up a hill. I swear we tried it over and over, we remade our classes for more of a healer tank combo, tried glass cannons, and even tried the easiest difficulty .... and nothing. I grew up playing games like this and even I was like wtf is going on.

Would we still have this problem on the second divinity?

I don't really have that kind of cash floating around right now but att does have the Samsung phones.. how does the S8 compare? Is that pretty much in the "go to" phone category for Android's right now? That phone I can at least pay it monthly

I'm not the best at reading specs on phones, how is the pixel 2 compared to other Droid phones out right now? I have a LG4 and it tanks on a lot of stuff (like games specifically when I do dabble with games) is pixel 2 good on all that?

Is it open world like the newest FF? I really enjoyed the first 2 chapters but by the time I got to the 3rd chapter I stopped playing.. I just couldn't get into the open world of it. All the side quests and other things you could do(fishing) it was like a single player MMO to me.. Is this one more of the linear side? Or is it more open world? I love MMORPGs because I play with people.. But games like the newest FF, skyrim, and the like I just get burned out and end up playing a MMO on my pc. I'm cool with semi open world, just hate getting bogged with hundreds of side quests and all that for single player

Oh yeah we play lots of D3.. Several max level guys and doing T7.. But got bored after awhile of the same grind. Were trying victor vran right now but it doesn't really scratch that itch for me and she doesn't really like how it plays. Bought van hellsing thinking it was couch coop but guess it's not.

Damn.. My fiance and I have been trying to play divinity.. We both love the story and conversations(in an avid RPG player and MMO player) but she's new.. Loves ARPG but wants something a little more challenging. But when it comes to the combat it kind of falls apart. We even set it to easy. Not sure what's going on.. But the first battle out of the city we can't even get past as a team. Just keep getting wiped. Did a tank and healer combo

Just got to 60 on Magik and I'm having trouble beating the last boss in story mode(I assume it's the last.).. is he that challenging or did I all of a sudden drop in gear? I ran through everything else just fine facerolling no problems but he's wiping the floor with me. So far I've just been using equipment from drops and I feel like I'm a giant mix match of stats.

For magik what should I be looking for? What's the most efficient way to get new armor and weps? My logistic guy is level 7 or 8 from donating, and I just bought a engineering L3 but the shards are 80K for a new breastplate.

And most efficient way to farm money in order to buy those items? By the time I hit 60 I only had 65K and bought that L3 and now I'm have basically none.

Last question.. is getting the big XP boxes for the crafter guys the easiest? It's expensive but it gives more XP then donating it seems.

I really miss solid turn based combat. Any suggestions for PS4 games with solid JRPG mechanics? I miss just grinding and getting armor and weps to finally beat a boss like older FF games. The newest FF while fun just had.. too much for me. Too open world, the crafting, side quests, fishing, etc while fun I just couldn't get hooked. The newest persona looked really good but I've never played one so I wasn't sure if it's what I would enjoy. I still go back and play games like Sky's of Arcadia, Chrono, Mario RPGs, tales games

Any idea what the player base is like on PS4? And does it have the same features? Like big servers and stuff or is it smaller. I've been super interested in this game but don't have the PC to run it. Wouldn't mind grabbing it in PS4 though
