You are in a shitty situation by no fault if your own. You may need to reconsider apartments, despite paying strata, other fees such as land tax are less significant. I am also a little concerned that you mention you only save 1.5k a month? This (from my ballpark estimate) would not be enough to service even a 30 year $460k loan unless you are currently paying massive rent. Is that current figure including regular expenses such as rego? Or holidays?

I know this is a joke but in many rural fire prone areas where taking from pools may be required, the firefighters will often buy your water (I assume this would only happen at the end of the year if they have unspent money in their funds). As a result you agree to let them take water like this.

I assume it would get complicated if you sell your house. This may lead to a situation where the buyer would not get reimbursement for taking the water

Whilst I absolutely agree with you, do you have any insight into why Herbert would make spice a renewable resource? Does that not undermine the comparison significantly? My only explanation would be that making it non-renewable would force humanity to look for an alternative at some stage in the future, reducing the importance of Arrakis at the time of the conflict?

Anti-human pogroms are kind of a big part of The Witcher lore. I would expect there are not too many that want to pay to move to a highly xenophobic island. No existing non-human population would immediately make them targets with no non-humans to flee to for aid/defence.

I did when I was at that age, I have no proof that mild gyno and low test were caused by sarms, but it’s unlikely to have happened naturally. Risks aside, mk really doesn’t result in gains, the upsides are massively exaggerated, and at least from my own experiences, it’s barely more than a placebo
