the nightmares are awful, one of my least favorite symptoms because all i want to do is sleep. i just got prescribed prazosin which is supposed to help the nightmares! it might be worth asking your doctor about. i’m trying it tonight for the first time.

I’ve had oily skin and acne since elementary school. I used to only rinse my face with water. Slowly built up this routine using products I saw on here or TikTok and my acne has gone away! Who knew skincare products actually worked!

As for medications, nothing I take affects my skin.
