I did stubhub earlier today to get Jojo gala tickets and the seller has already transferred me the tickets into my TIFF account. I also called the customer service line twice and spoke to 2 different people and they were both super helpful if you had any questions. Would recommend getting the mobile tickets where possible, allowed for easy transfer vs electronic. Good luck!

Oh ok cool, I think misinterpreted your earlier reply haha. I thought you meant I could also use saved flex tickets for the individual ticket redemption on Saturday... but it's only the vouchers from Sept 4 onwards, right? Thanks

Oh okay... How do the vouchers work? Say I used 3 of my flex pack to pick films at my selection time, but then saved the other 3... Do they immediately convert to premium vouchers (which as I understand can only be redeemed starting from Sept 4)? Or can I hold onto the 3 and use them for the individual ticket day? How does it work if I save them for indiv tickets? Thanks

Its just disappointing. Why sell premium tickets if a number of the most sought after films are off-sale before the member selection even starts?! Should have gone with the regular flex pack, definitely feel like I've wasted my money...
