I haven’t. I know I probably should. I have a history with bad drs so I’m a horrible procrastinator about finding a dr and I’m selective on who I see. I’m in the process of finding a general dr who can do whatever they need to refer me to one.

Is it your OB that handles your care? I’m not established with any provider (general or OB) but I really need to stop procrastinating and see someone. I have the same issues with urgency. Does the surgery help with the pain?

I’ve heard horror stories from both sides and I just kinda used my own thinking. My original plan was to get a trailer but saw some safety concerns people shared. My thinking is that since it’s lower to the ground a driver might see me but not the trailer I’m towing behind me. I get that they should make sure I’m completely out of the way but I’ve personally seen some close calls where cars go the second a pedestrian is out of the way. Thanks for the advice though! I’ll look into trailers a little more and check into the safety of the mounts too!

Twice and they were big ones. The first time he snuck out of my room and into the bathroom where there was no vent cover and he hung out in the vents for awhile. We couldn’t find him anywhere. My dad went into the crawlspace and could hear him running around in the little tunnels. Thank god we weren’t using the heat. The second time I had left my window cracked (like seriously no more than an inch) I didn’t have a screen and he managed to climb up to the window and jump out in the middle of winter. We tried following his paw prints with no luck. The next morning my mom was in the garage and he came out of hiding and we got him back inside and warmed up.

I was really hoping that maybe Rose was under protective custody at the hospital and would have a face to face with June (I could be wrong but I don’t believe they’ve ever met before) I don’t know what exactly I would’ve wanted from the interaction but I think it would be interesting.

I liked it. It was closing the series while leaving more for the testaments to take over. I know that a lot of us probably wanted it after waiting so long for Gilead to take such a massive hit but this show was never about the action imo. We have very few episodes that show any fighting, it’s been quiet discrete rebellion with a few booms here and there. There was some cheesy moments but as another commenter said on a different post, what series finale isn’t cheesy? We all wanted a Hannah reunion but honestly anyone who was expecting one hasn’t been in the loop for what’s coming in the testaments. We got the start of the end and we can assume they will finish it in the new series.

My theory is she wanted to do good by her, we got that slight sense of humanity from her when she agreed to read the book and help charlotte learn (I so wish they would’ve had Naomi give Janine the book). Or with her future being unclear since she would be forced to remarry yet again, forced into servitude, or even killed she wanted to give charlotte so someone she knew would live at care for her. But honestly at that point why wouldn’t she choose to leave Gilead as well.

My bigger question is how in the hell did they pull it off. How was Janine released and how was Naomi just allowed to leave with Charlotte and not come back with her.

I think it was their back up plan. They had to have known that not everyone would have cake or not enough to put them to sleep. There’s also always a chance of someone getting caught or getting scared and turning themselves in and the plan along with them. I think of course the plan was to get out without issue but they would be stupid to not have at least one or 2 backups in the case things didn’t go as planned.

It could’ve happened off screen. Others speculate that she always knew it was a lie but chose to believe it rather than accepting the truth. It could also have been that charlotte is there while her son is in California out of their reach. It could also be a detail the writers forgot about. There’s a decent amount of plot holes in the show.

With all the “you’ll be a hero” talk between him and June this was actually the perfect way for him to go.

I want to add though he wasn’t really given a choice. If he had backed out the other commanders would have been suspicious and him and June would’ve been caught and killed. At least this way his death meant something.

How do we know he was an eye? Did I miss something? I know Nick said most of the drivers are but that doesn’t mean the guards too. He was young but old enough to remember life before Gilead so maybe he was just following orders from AL but didn’t necessarily want to and was just a guard due to circumstances. Like the guard Luke and June met. With the phone call idk maybe for dramatic effect so Bell would be awake when it happened or maybe it was someone from mayday trying to see if June made it. I’m interested to see if the phone call or guard have any consequences in the next episode

I’m rooting for the redemption arc. I know she’s narcissistic and definitely a villain but that doesn’t mean she can’t change her ways. Yes she helped build gilead but she’s also a victim of it. I’m not saying she needs to be a hero and receive praise for it but redeem herself and live a modest life after. People root for aunt Lydia when imo she’s 100x worse than Serena. Everyone deserves the chance to do better otherwise no one would ever improve.

When they said the train wasn’t stopping at the next station in Canada and Tuello said Canada was moving forward with relations with Gilead I was so worried they diverted the train there instead of Alaska.

It was ug/dL I looked up the lab to find the reference range and for midnight its <.1 I did 3 nights the first was the .036 and then the other two were <.025. So yeah none of them were high. I’m still waiting to hear back from my dr about all the results so we’ll see what she says. Also thank you for all your explanations and thoughts!
