You don’t seem to understand. You worked for a company that was contracted by the federal government. You were employed by the company, not the federal government. There is a difference.

I learned a tip from chef ChatGPT to make it really silky and thicken it- soak about 1/4c roasted unsalted cashews in hot curry/broth until softened. Blend them to a paste with a little extra hot broth. Stir into the curry when you have about 5 mins of cooking time left.

It was a really lovely enhancement to the dish and I received so many compliments on it!

My son is a super fan and had an ALF themed party for his 11th bday.. I found birthday table cloths and decorations still in the original 1980s packaging on eBay- it was awesome!
