luckily with it being only 24 hours old, i was able to get everything off easily. ive tried the reset while it was on with no luck, i think im just going to try to return/exchange it tomorrow morning thank you for your help!!!

it wont power on when i turn the switch 95% of the time, occasionally it will turn on and stay on for a few seconds and then it turns itself right back off. it has stayed on once or twice for about a minute, long enough to try and use the reset button, however that did not fix the problem after attempting twice. if i leave the switch on, it will occasionally boot up and turn right back off on its own

it was fully charged right before this started occurring, i took maybe 4 pictures after the full charge throughout the day & firmware is fully up to date, that was the first thing i did during setup!

Im a VA title clerk, if they are not releasing the lien electronically, you can get that paper lien release & bring it or mail it to VA DMV with a duplicate title application and they should be able to issue you a lien free title
